Here at Shear Love, we understand life happens. To respect our stylists’ time and clients on the waiting list, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment: no fee.
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the total service price will be charged.
• No-shows (not attending your appointment without notice): 100% of the total service price will be charged.

The fee will be charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file, we will collect the fee on your next visit. We review exceptions (illness, emergencies) on a case-by-case basis; please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us serve everyone with care!

Treat You Rewards is our loyalty program created to thank you for choosing Shear Love. You earn points with every visit and retail purchase, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and perks.

Points are earned automatically when you receive services or purchase retail at Shear Love. You can redeem your points toward select rewards and services. Just ask your stylist or our front desk team about your balance during your visit.

Love your hair at Shear Love? Share it with your friends! For every friend you refer who books a service, both you and your friend will receive a $20 gift card to use on your next visit. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the love!
