Kathy Goodall

Owner / Stylist / Colorist

Kathy's passion for this industry has truly shown when she opened Shear Love's doors in 2013. She is classically trained from Vidal Sassoon school in London, and has worked for celebrity hair stylist, Jose Eber. Her innovative nature inspired her to open Shear Love to promote a salon culture that differs from any salon company that she has experienced. With education at her forefront, she has grown every stylist to reach their fullest potential. Kathy takes lead part in our Education Department, teaching classes weekly to our Salon Associates, growing them into future professionals. When Kathy is not behind the chair, you can find her enjoying her family and also traveling.

Molly Burnett

Salon and Bridal Coordinator

Molly graduated from the Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology in 2014. After 7 years at Shear Love, Molly decided to take a step back from being behind the chair to stay at home with her daughter, Cora! Molly is now behind the scenes as the bridal/salon coordinator and very much enjoys still being a part of the Shear Love team!

Deanna Cashin

Deanna is Shear Love’s newest stylist! She started pursuing cosmetology while still in high school at Duchess Boces. She then attended Capri Cosmetology school in Newburgh New York. Deanna specializes in beautiful, lived in color. Whether it is soft layers or a blended balayage you want, Deanna is your girl. She also is an extremely talented make-up artist. When she is not at the salon, she is enjoying Disney movies, baking and playing with her cat! Make sure to check out her work on instagram and book an appointment with Deanna

Kaitlyn Pettit

Kaitlyn graduated from Capri Cosmetology School in Newburgh, New York, in 2022. Since obtaining her license, she has dedicated hours towards continuing her education from weekly in-salon classes to professionally lead classes by Kerastase and L’Oréal Professional. Since childhood, Kaitlyn always knew she was going to work in the hair industry. From cutting her own hair when she was 5 years old to coloring her friend's hair in her teen years, she always had a passion for this industry. When Kaitlyn isn’t at the salon she likes to spend time with her friends, family, and pets. As a motivated and trend-forward stylist, Kaitlyn is so excited to welcome you in her chair!

Analuz Rivera

New Talent Stylist

Stylist / Colorist /  Facial Waxing

Analuz graduated from Empire Beauty school in Peekskill, NY in 2023. After graduating, she had a great opportunity to work at Shear Love Salon. Analuz is a curly girl at heart and loves working with it. She enjoys being creative and it shows in her work. When she’s not in the salon learning and creating new looks, she enjoys taking dance classes. Analuz is excited to meet new people and can wait to welcome you in her chair!

Devyn Angelo

New Talent Stylist

Stylist / Colorist / Facial Waxing / Makeup Artist

Devyn always had a love for all aspects of makeup since she was 13. She had had the opportunity to go to Los Angeles and graduated Cinema Makeup School in 2022. She then realized she wanted to take it further and get more comfortable with doing hair. After going to Empire Beauty School in 2023 she then found a love for doing hair. When Devyn is not in the salon she tries to find ways to continue her education, enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling!
